Curve Dental is an emerging technology company with a single focus: delivering services that helps dental practices become more productive and more profitable. We are on an aggressive expansion path to take our company National over the next year, with a plan to go into the U.S. over the next 2 years.

The primary responsibility of this position would be troubleshooting and providing support to our customers on issues that may arise in their use of our software. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking their own work and ensuring that they organize themselves appropriately.

The successful candidate must have ideally:

• Experience with customer relations (help desk support preferred)
• Education/Experience with SQL, Linux
• Minimal experience with HTML, PHP and java
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a highly engaging leadership style
