Curve Dental is looking for developers at all levels to further enhance and develop our solutions. The technology is built on a LAMP platform, so we need PHP Ninjas, Database Gurus and Web Services Wizards. Some experience with refactoring, security and working within an Agile team are a plus!

  The successful candidate will be focused on the success of the team and the
  growth of the company.

  The successful candidate must have some combination of these skills:

  • PHP experience, or a similar language (e.g. Perl)
  • Leveraging third party tools to build unique solutions
  • Experience with web services or general web-based applications
  • Database knowledge, preferably working experience with MySQL
  • Ability to go beyond the predefined technologies and suggest new tools
  • Equally comfortable working in Linux and Windows
  • Be entrepreneurial minded with a strong business acumen, thinking outside the box
  • Buzzword compliance - security, encryption, source control, refactoring, Agile practices, LAMP, AJAX

  Responsibilities include:

  • Finding creative ways to enhance our product features while writing less code
  • Defining architectural elements for new features and projects
  • Mentoring junior developers via code reviews, pair programming, educational sessions, etc.
  • Supporting the team's goals while addressing business priorities
  • Enjoying the challenge of developing an up-and-coming market leading product!
